In my credit report, I see that the same creditor reporting data more than once for the same credit account. In one listing, the report says the amount is charged-off. In the other listing, that it is charged-off/paid in full. I have paid the card in full. How do I get the duplicate (and wrong) charged-off entry deleted?

Considering that you have paid the account off, it sounds as though the second listing may actually be the correct one and that the first listing is simply a keystroke error of some kind on the part of the credit bureau. Perhaps, instead of updating the original entry, it was completely re-entered with the new information. Whatever the reason, this duplicate entry should not hurt your credit profile as it would be evident to any creditor looking at your report that the card numbers are the same for both entries--the tip-off to duplications.

It should be a fairly simple matter of clearing the inaccurate entry off of your report by disputing it through the credit bureau. For help with how to go about this, you may wish to read our dispute information section.
